The creations of renowned designer Sergio Rodrigues are at QuartoSala. The author is an icon of Brazilian Modernism and one of the lead figures in Furniture Design in the world.
Sergio Rodrigues passed away in 2014, he was 87 years old, and we honour him by having some of his creations in our catalogue.
During his 60-year long career he signed over twelve hundred furniture designs, conveying his rich Brazilian culture through a trace that became his hallmark, laying the foundations for the emergence and recognition of Brazilian Design.
Besides some of his most memorable pieces, such as the Mole lounge armchair (1957) or the Mocho stool (1954), our stores also have on display pieces by the Campana brothers, Paulo Mendes da Rocha, or the young designer Jader Almeida
