Since then, the young Italian designer has collaborated with several international brands. The invitation from Minotti came last year and the result of the collaboration was presented at this year's Milan Fair.
An architect and designer with studios in Milan and Los Angeles, Tagliaferri's work is often characterized by clean lines, organic shapes and a sophisticated color palette.
For Minotti, Giampiero has designed a new modular collection of sofas, armchairs, sideboards and coffee tables. The Supermoon collection, the Pattie indoor and outdoor armchair range, the Jason sideboard and two coffee tables share an organic design, inspired by the language and sensual aesthetics of the 70s.
“The attention to detail and the tradition and passion for design at Minotti were fundamental in developing my collaboration with the brand, which was also my first furniture design collection.”
Some of the pieces from the brand's new collection, designed by Tagliaferri, have just arrived at the Minotti Lisboa by QuartoSala flagship store, including the Supermoon sofa and the Pattie armchair.
